Day 1: Lima

We are already in Peru!

After all the paperwork with migrations and suitcases, we finally start this beautiful trip! Here at the airport, we will be waiting for them, ready to take them to your chosen hotel. On the route we can appreciate the great Pacific Ocean and as the time, our capital offers many activities and various places to enjoy. As a walk at sunset in the "Costa Verde" and taste of good Peruvian cuisine like a ceviche, lomo saltado, among others... If there is more time, we will visit the Barranco district, for its bohemian neighborhoods with a picturesque colonial architecture, it is unmissable and will further enrich our experience.

In the afternoon, optionally, we can visit the Pucllana Huaca, an archaeological complex that belongs to the Lima culture, where you can see a pyramid 25 meters high.

Day 2:  Lima - Paracas

06:00 a.m. - And after our first day in Peru, after breakfast, we started the route to the watering place of the Balneário of Paracas, on a trip of approximately 3 hours. From here, we will take a boat that will lead us to know the wonderful fauna of the Peruvian coast. Penguins, pelicans, marine wolves and others, will welcome us to the great Ballestas Islands of the Pacific Ocean. Time to take pictures of these beautiful beings that live in this habitat. Then, we return to Paracas.

01:00 p.m. - And since we are here, to enjoy a lunch, with fresh marine products that abound in this area.

02:30 p.m. - In the afternoon, we will visit the Paracas Natural Reserve and the “La Mina” beach, to be able to appreciate the beaches and the sunset.

Day 3: Paracas - Ica - Nazca

08:30 a.m. - After our energizing breakfast, we go for more, to discover and know more impressive things in Peru. We are going to Ica, and on the route, we can visit the Bodegas “El Catador”, among others, we will also visit the Regional Museum of Ica.

01:00 p.m. - In this area we can eat in a local restaurant.

02:00 p.m. - And now we have a little adventure, we go to the desert to know the famous Laguna de Huacachina, which is an oasis in this beautiful desert. Here are some Areneros or boogies cars to take us through the Dunas of the Ica desert, and if we encourage ourselves, we can mount some tables to make sandboarding.

Night in Nazca.

Day 4: Nazca - San Fernando - Arequipa

09:00 a.m. - Today, after breakfast, we can optionally take over to appreciate the enigmatic Nazca lines, where a monkey, an astronaut, a hummingbird and others can be appreciated from above.

10:30 a.m. - Continuing to finish this route on the Peruvian coast, we will take an adapted vehicle to go to the Bahia de San Fernando, an area of protected area where we can observe many birds and other wild animals, such as marine wolves, penguins, pelicans and with a little luck, we can see the beautiful marine otters! Between visits to this destination, we will enjoy a box lunch and return to Nazca.

09:30 p.m. - At this time, we will be transferred to the bus station to take a comfortable 180º bed bus, directed to the city of Arequipa. Trip of approximately 10 hours.

Day 5: Arequipa City Tour

08:00 a.m. - After this night trip, we will reach the beautiful city of Arequipa, mostly built of the stone in ashlar. We will have breakfast in a coffee in this pretty city.

09:00 a.m. - And here a City Tour is unmissable, where we can admire the Monasterio de Santa Catalina, the Iglesia de la Compañía de Jesús (1590), local markets and the districts of Yanahuara and Carmen Alto, in which we will enjoy a panoramic view from the arequipeña countryside with the majestic Misti volcano.

12:30 p.m. - And since we are here, because not enjoy the cuisine of this beautiful city in some traditional local restaurants called “picanterías” by the residents… sure a “rocoto relleno”, a “chicharrón de cerdo” or a “pastel de papas” they will be the unmissable!

Day 6: Arequipa - Colca (Cabanaconde)

08:00 a.m. - After an energizing breakfast, we started our trip to the Cañón del Colca. The route to Chivay (first stop point) could not be better nuanced than with the beautiful landscapes of Andean volcanoes and reserve areas of vicuñas and alpacas.

01:00 p.m. - When we arrive, a delicious buffet with typical and traditional food will wait for us. After this long trip and a short break at the hotel, the best part of the day is the refreshing bath in the hot springs of the area. Fascinating!

Transfer to the hotel and lodging.

Night in Cabanaconde.

Day 7: Cabanaconde - Llahuar

1st day Trekking - In the morning, breakfast and descent towards the great Colca Valley, on a walk on a 4 -hour trip, at a quiet pace and where we can appreciate the beautiful landscapes offered by this natural wonder. Arrival to Llahuar Lodge and afternoon of rest.

Day 8: Llahuar - San Juan de Chujcho

2nd day Trekking - After breakfast we will start the walk to visit the Huaruro Falls and then continue towards the town of San Juan de Chujcho. There the families of the area will prepare a rich food with regional products, so we can also interact with them and we can know a little more about their way of life.

Night at Lodge.

Day 9: San Juan de Chujcho - Chivay

3rd day Trekking - In the early morning, breakfast and promotion to Cabanaconde, on a walk of approximately 5 hours with which we finished the beautiful trekking. Breakfast in Cabanaconde and when we return to the town of Chivay, such as losing the viewpoint called Cruz del Condor, among others, from where we can observe the majestic "Condor", they will provide us with a fabulous show within the great cannon and Valle del Colca. We will also visit the picturesque villages of Maca and Achoma and we can taste a sour colca, made with a special fruit that grows in this area of the Valley. Sounds delicious, right?

Arrival to Chivay, buffet in traditional restaurant. In the afternoon, we will enjoy the thermal baths and the surroundings of the beautiful hotel where we will spend the night.

Day 10: Colca - Puno

We will have breakfast in the morning and start the trip of approximately 5 hours to the city of Puno, located on the shores of the highest navigable lake in the world (3,810 m.s.sn.m), the Lake Titicaca.

Day 11: Puno - City Tour - Uros

09:30 a.m. - We begin our exploration of a part of the city of Lake Titicaca, we will visit the Carlos Dreyer Museum to learn a little more in the history of Puno and the pre -Inca cultures that were developed in this area. Then, we will begin our tour of the areas less visited by tourists, including the Bellavista market that Puno´s "El Mall", one of the most important supply markets of the puneña population. Here we can observe the daily living of many merchants who offer their products.

11:30 a.m. - Continuing the tour, we embark to visit the floating islands of the Uros. There we will be received by the host families of these artificial islands prepared by themselves with reeds that grow in Lake Titicaca.

In the afternoon, we can also participate in the daily activities of the inhabitants, such as fishing and hunting. In the end, we will enjoy a beautiful sunset.

Day 12: Uros - Taquile - Puno

08:00 a.m. - We have spent the night on a floating island! What experience, now we will have breakfast and wait for the boat that will take us to the Taquile Island.

09:30 a.m. - Now, we are ready to connect with the boat that will take us to this fascinating natural island, equipped with a beautiful panoramic landscape of the lake and combined with the inhabitants and their tradition of continuing to keep their symbolic costumes and textiles. We will be taken on a time trip.

12:30 p.m. - And with this wonderful landscape of the island, how not to enjoy lunch with Andean products typical of the area!

01:40 p.m. - Upon returning to the city of Puno, this fabulous experience will leave us great memories... After an hour and a half travel we will arrive again to Puno! And we will have time to enjoy this highland city at 03:30 p.m.

Day 13: Puno - Cusco

06:30 a.m. - After having breakfast, we will be transferred to the bus station, to board the tourist bus that will make the Ruta del Sol to the city of Cusco. This trip although a bit long, will allow us to visit the main archaeological sites, museums and populations, such as: Pukará, Raqchi, the old temple of the god Wiracocha and Andahuaylillas, beautiful colonial town. And also in this route is the buffet with Andean products for food time.

05:30 p.m. - Almost at sunset, we will be reaching the famous city of Cusco, which houses the majestic Machu Picchu and other sacred mountains of the Incas.

Day 14: Cusco - Sacred Valley - Moray - Maras - Misminay Community

08:00 a.m. - We started this morning to explore the Valle Sagrado de los Incas. We will have breakfast early and move towards Maras, enjoying the impressive landscapes that the Sacred Valley route gives us. Stop at the Rqchi viewpoint to be able to see the imposing Chicón, Salkantay and Verónica snowy. We will continue the route to the Salineras de Maras, where we can contemplate its 3,000 salt wells, which have been used from the Inca era to the present day. Then, we will visit the circular terraces of Moray's cultivation, former Center for Agricultural Experimentation of the Incas. We will continue towards the community of Misminay. Where we will be received with music and dance.

01:00 p.m. - Delicious traditional family lunch. Visit to the viewpoint of the Wañinmarca mountain.

Free afternoon and family dinner with a nightclub full of traditional stories and legends.

Overnight in family house.

Day 15: Sacred Valley - Aguas Calientes

08:00 a.m. - Daily activities of the shared community (agricultural activities, harvest, etc., depending on the time of the year), prior payment to the Pachamama and the Apus, in gratitude for the food it gives us. Preparation of textile garments with ancestral and natural products in the area.

01:00 p.m. - Traditional lunch, Pachamanca typical of the area.

02:00 p.m. - Then visit Ollantaytambo. And transport to the train station destined to Aguas Calientes to be able to take the train to Aguas Calientes, town of Machu Picchu and transfer to the chosen hotel.

Day 16: Machu Picchu - Cusco

Early, in the morning, we will embark on a bus that will take us to one of the most fascinating and extraordinary experiences in the world! Machu Picchu, cultural heritage of humanity and wonder of the modern world. Built at the top of the mountain in full jungle eyebrow, surrounded by vegetation, valleys and rivers! It is surprising all its visitors! Without a doubt, to enjoy it and relax with this fascinating energy (guided 2: 30 hours approximately). And on our return, we can enjoy Aguas Calientes, its restaurants for food, its shopping malls and if it gives us time, its hot springs.

Day 17: Vinicunca - Color Mountain or Palcoyo - Full Day

OPTION 1:

05:30 a.m. - Very soon, on the morning of this day, we will go out to Palcoyo and Color Mountain. Almost at dawn, we will enjoy the first rays of the sun and on a two -hour trip, enjoying colorful colonial towns on the route we will arrive at the town of Combapata. Here, an energizing breakfast with hot coffee at home-restaurant of a local family awaits us. From this point, we will resume the vehicle and, in an hour and half of travel we will enjoy beautiful colorful landscapes along the Valle de Salcca.

10:00 a.m. - Upon reaching the starting point, we will make a short 40 -minute walk to the first viewpoint, in this valley painted from beautiful multicolored mountains and adjacent rivers, without a doubt, beautiful. The Ausangate (the highest snowy mountain in Cusco, 6375 meters), will also be one of the best memories of this visit. We return to the town to enjoy a lunch prepared by organized families, then return to Cusco at 05:30 p.m..

OPTION 2:

05:30 a.m. - Hotel departure very early in the morning.

08:00 a.m. - Buffet breakfast in the community of Cusipata, on the way to the starting point of trekking. Arrival at the starting point where the walk of about 3 km to the mountain begins, which reaches an altitude of 5200 meters above sea level. Throughout the path, we will see incredible landscapes of highlands, the Valle Rojo, snowy of the Andes and herds of thousands of alpacas and llamas that are being treated by local people. Depending on the weather, 30 or 40 min in the viewpoint to the 7 -colored mountain. Return by the same road.

01:00 p.m. - Buffet lunch in restaurant in the area.

02:30 p.m. - Transferred to its respective hotel in Cusco.

Day 18: Cusco City Tour - Lima

09:00 a.m. - And this morning is unmissable, we can visit the archaeological zones such as: Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Pukapukara, Tambomachay, the famous Qoricancha temple and the cathedral decorated with beautiful paintings of the famous artists of school of art of Cusco. No doubt unmissable...

In the afternoon, transfer to the airport to take the flight to Lima.

Day 19: Lima - Country of Origin

Breakfast at the hotel and transfer to the Jorge Chávez del Callao International Airport to board the return flight.
